60-Day Returns
We hope that you love your new item.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange your item you have 60 days to return.

Clothing and accessories must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all original swing tags attached.

How to return an item
Please complete the Returns Form noting your reason for return and any further information we may require.
Include the form with your item and packaged securely.
Please ensure you keep a copy of proof of postage and make a note of your tracking number.

Please complete the Returns Form noting your reason for return and stating the items you would like to exchange - include the form with your item packaged securely.
We will send your exchanged item to you via our trackable courier using a signed for service - you will receive a tracking number as soon as the replacements are dispatched.

Returns Policy
All items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt subject to the goods remaining in original, unworn condition with the original packaging.
For all returns, please ensure you complete a Returns Form and include it in the returned package.

Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility.
Please use a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit.
We aim to process refunds and/or exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the return.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please contact us.
Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
Please note: original delivery charge is excluded from refunds.
