Payment

We do not store or transfer any credit card information. We use external payment gateways on the website and the external payment gateway partner handles card information and uses technology that allows the identification of the cardholder.

All details you provide for the purpose of purchasing goods must be true, accurate.

You will not use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.

The credit or debit card you are using must be your own and there must be sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

You agree that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Images

We have tried to provide accurate product images for each product on our site. 

A number of different factors such as browsers and monitor colour contrasts, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.

Items damaged in transit

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should contact us and the courier immediately ( 48 hours maximum from it being delivered )

You will need to inform us of the damage, email pictures is a good idea and also let us know the case number of the delivery company’s claim form. 

We will send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
